With the rapid development of global economic integration,various communication technologies and information technology are developing rapidly,especially the wide use of Internet,the business environment for semiconductor companies has changed radically.In today's market-oriented,especially for the semiconductor industry which the end product is electronic consumer products,the demand of customers is changing rapidly and the innovation of technology is also accelerating,the delivery cycle of products is constantly shortened,and the competition of the market is becoming increasingly fierce.The competition of modern manufacturing enterprises is not a competition between enterprise,but a competition between the enterprise supply chain.So it's very important to use information technology to improve the ability of information acquisition and analysis,optimize the supply chain process and rationally allocate the enterprise resources,thus reducing the cost of supply chain,shortening the time delay in each part of the supply chain,and improving the efficiency and management level of the whole supply chain to enhance the competitiveness of modern manufacturing enterprises.The existing supply chain management system of A semiconductor company is monofunction system,data information transmission and extraction are incoherent,non standardization of basic data information and backward data analysis function,which affect the market reaction speed of the whole enterprise.Through the analysis of the original supply chain information management system and supply chain process of A company,the most advanced information management software is used to help semiconductor enterprises to realize the electronic supply chain process management.The process of order management,sales and operation management,material management,production management and inventory management are redefined and optimized based on data analysis and collection function of Big-data technology.The supply chain business process is reconstructed with the support of the information management system,and a new supply chain management framework is established to coordinate the work of wafer producion,packaging and testing and product distribution.At the same time,through the information management system to help enterprises get all kinds of information data,relying on Big data technology include information collection,data analysis and process to help enterprises to make decisions,optimize resources allocation,optimization of the process,and improve efficiency.The optimization and implementation of the supply chain information management system for A semiconductor enterprises have realized the optimization and reorganization of the supply chain process,thus improving the efficiency of supply chain,reducing the cost of the enterprise and enhancing the core competitiveness of the enterprise,especially in the development of semiconductor and IC manufacturing industry in our country today.It has great meaningful.
