With the continuous development of information technology,the competitive environment of enterprises has become diverse and complex.Salary management is an important module in human resource management,and the design of salary system is an indispensable part of salary management.This article analyzed the XWL software company's human resources present situation,the compensation system of the status quo,through the interview method,questionnaire investigation,literature review method,etc to XWL software companies and analyzes the problems existing in the current compensation system,using the compensation strategy,job analysis and job evaluation,salary survey,salary,pay levels,determine the compensation structure,the adjustment and compensation system steps to redesign XWL software company compensation system.After redesigning the compensation system of XWL software company,this paper introduces the guarantee measures for the implementation of the compensation system,and guarantees the new plan from the aspects of organization,training,communication and publicity.In the end,this paper summarizes the design of successful salary system and salary structure,puts forward the research conclusion of the paper,and summarizes the deficiencies of the paper.Through the study of this paper,XWL software company can attract and retain talents through the new compensation system,and provide a certain support for the development of enterprises.
