At present,the problem of campus bullying has become a social issue that has received widespread attention from society and the government.Bullying in primary and secondary schools seriously endangers the physical and mental health of elementary and middle school students,threatens campus safety and the stable development of society.It should be paid great attention by all walks of life and actively explore effective and effective crack prevention strategies.Primary and secondary school bullying is highly sensitive.The media as the main carrier of social information dissemination and social "watchers",its reporting methods and reporting attitudes will directly affect the public's awareness,judgment and behavior of primary and secondary school bullying.There is an inescapable social responsibility on campus bullying.This article selects the topic of school bullying in primary and secondary schools,and uses a representative traditional media,China Youth Daily,covering a total of 77 reports on school bullying in the five years from 2015 to 2019,as a sample to clarify the current media in China.The status quo of bullying reporting in primary and secondary schools,analyzes the reporting concept of China Youth Daily,and combines the dimensions of media social responsibility evaluation in China,from the number of reports,report genre,report layout,news pictures,sources,report topics,report tendency Conduct a content analysis to explore the social responsibility performance of the China Youth Daily's report on bullying in the primary and secondary schools.Finally,explore how the media,as a social megaphone,should be responsible to society,the public,and adhere to the correct and responsible reporting path in future campus bullying reports.The research results show that the traditional media represented by China Youth Daily reported good performance in media social responsibility in bullying reports on elementary and middle school campuses.When reporting on the issue of campus bullying,China Youth Daily adhered to the reporting concepts of caring and protecting minors,discussing how to prevent school bullying,and focusing on balance,achieving a balance betweencommunication and social effects.Finally,based on the research results of this article,put forward suggestions for optimizing campus bullying reports in China Youth Daily and other media,including facing the sensitivity of campus bullying incidents and making timely and objective reports through various channels;standing clearly against campus bullying.The report's educational and guiding significance should be brought into play;the report should pay attention to fully and deeply explore the responsibilities of the school and the family;take humane care as a guide,give full humane care to minors,and stick to media responsibility.
