Research On The Social Obligations Of Youth Groups In The Network Environment

In recent years,network has flooded our lives, the appearance and development of networks influenced us in many aspects, which changed the style we used to live in and the existence of network. In this virtual open space, some words and deeds have lost the traditional moral responsibility, it causes many negative questions, it not only affects the harmony online environment, but also affects ours reality life.The spreaders in the network do not fulfill their social responsibility, which results in a series of negative social phenomena.In the network media environment, everyone can become the spreader. In a public network media space, the issue about social responsibility is always involved. In the network, the main body that has to fulfill his obligations changes, it not only attach importance to the network, but also the social responsibility of the spreaders need to be fulfilled. Youth groups are the main force of the network, whether they fulfill the social responsibility, it determines the culture of network society. Therefore,youth groups is the study object in this study. The following questions are proposed: How many types social responsibility need to fulfill in the network communication as the network youth groups, how fulfill the social responsibility in the network environment.According to specific form and features of network environment, and the features of network spreaders, the network social responsibility theory of youth groups is careful study, which include dissemination of responsibility, national responsibility, the public interest, respect for others, honest and trustworthy and maintaining network copyright etc six aspects. According to survey results, the conclusion is the youth fulfill their obligations online in network environment now, meanwhile, the two factors including educational level and age certain impact the performance of social responsibility in the population variables.According to survey results, the method of education through public media for relieving or solving those problems is developed.
