Research On The Role Of Public Library In Public Health Information Service System

In recent years,health information by the public attention more and more.Public concerns also shift from treatment to prevention of disease as a disease of public interest in health information is increasing.And our government also provides guidance on the direction of public health.In 2015,the Eighth Fifth Plenary Session of the "Healthy China" for the first time written into the government work report;"thirteen" plan recommendations "to promote healthy China construction,Particularly prominent human health mainly to promote and protect people's health as the goal.In 2016,the Health Assembly was held,General Secretary Xi Jinping attended the meeting and delivered an important speech.He stressed that the people's health on a strategic position.Establish a big health concept.Public library is a collection of cultural resources,the public health information literacy plays a key role.Although some of our public libraries in China launched a health information service.But the whole is not a system.Therefore,this study through the collation of relevant literature,to understand the domestic and foreign public libraries on the health information service system to participate in the degree of study.First of all,through the policy literature and scientific literature reading and related data analysis,to determine the content of the study.Secondly,to find the domestic and foreign public libraries to participate in health information services related cases,analysis of its participation in the role and tasks.Through the survey found that: foreign public library service targets for the local people,and the role of the masses classification,with regional characteristics of personalized health information services.For our country,the public library service object popular,China's public library service form is relatively simple,most of the books and lectures and other forms of development,lack of health information services,health institutions,the depth of cooperation.Therefore,through this study,the public library in the public health information service system in the role of positioning,to understand the existing public health information service system status and development status.
