In recent years,crisis events have occurred frequently,and public crisis communication research has gradually become the focus of journalism and comm unication studies.The emergence and development of social media has brought p rofound changes to the field of mass communication,and the propagation metho ds and strategies of various crisis events have also been greatly affected.Especia lly with the development of new media communication technologies such as Wei bo,the information dissemination caused by various crises and the social public opinion caused by it have demonstrated the important function and role of new media as a powerful means of communication and resources in crisis communica tion.As a new front for public crisis communication,what characteristics wil l public crisis communication on Weibo show,how a public crisis event will be spread on Weibo,how the communication subject will construct their own disco urse systems,and there will be What factors affect the discourse consensus amo ng the parties?This article uses Sina Weibo's post about the “3.21 Xiangshui explosio n” accident as an example.Through content analysis and discourse analysis,this article discusses in detail how the public crisis event was spread on Weibo.Dis course construction strategies,etc.The article first analyzes the characteristics of the main body,the content,the mode of communication,the attitude of commun ication,etc.of Weibo in the spread of public crisis from the macro level.Then it combines the corpus and the discourse analysis method from the micro level t o the four major communication subjects in Weibo The discourse performance in public crisis communication is specifically analyzed,and the strategies for const ructing the discourse system by the four communication subjects: the public,the media,the government,and the accident stakeholders are discussed,as well as th e potential factors that affect the effectiveness of crisis information dissemination.Finally,based on the reflection on the discourse interaction of the “3.21 Xiangs hui explosion” accident in the dissemination of Weibo crisis,it further explores the improvement strategies and methods in the dissemination of Weibo public crisis.
