From Content Niche To Process Equalization

With the advent of mobile internet,the trend of cross-border convergence has made the whole society increasingly a unification of interconnection and interoperability.In the background of all walks of life in the transformation and upgrading of the station in the teeth of the storm As a part of the construction of modern public service-oriented government,archives public service increasingly presents the characteristics of small content.The equalization of basic public services has become an important value pursuit and measurement index for the construction of modern government.From the content of the minority to the process of equalization,it naturally becomes the content direction of the transformation of archives public services.The three factors of bureaus and archives integrated management system,closed and conservative working status of archives and the concept of archives with heavy storage and light use cause the current situation of the public service content of archives to be small.Then,the author puts forward two measures of space expansion and service integration.In order to implement these two measures in detail,three countermeasures are put forward: firstly,starting from solving the problem of content minority,proposals are put forward to reform the archives management system,change the working status of archives and change the thinking of archives work;secondly,taking the process equalization as the key node,proposing the establishment of a collaborative archives public service system,building one-stop archives public service platform,creating high-quality archives public service team and providing humanized archives public service facilities are put forward.Finally,taking the Bund New Archives of Shanghai Archives and Zhejiang Archives as pilot projects,this paper deeply analyses the innovative measures of deepening the concept of equalization in the process of public service of the two new archives and the inspiration they bring to the effective transformation of public service of archives.
