The Study On The Equalization Of The County Archives Service

In this paper, we according to the research route of "proposed the question, analysis question, solve the problem" and the theories of public service equalization, utilize the method of inductive analysis, factor analysis, comparative analysis, field survey and questionnaire survey to study the equalization of service in county level archives. This paper takes the Fuqing Country Archives of Fujian Province as the main case, comprehensive use of inductive analysis, factor analysis, comparative analysis, field survey and questionnaire survey, etc. and based on the analysis of the status and problems of Fuqing archives service equalization to put forward the countermeasures and suggestions of promoting the county level archives service equalization on the scientific concept of development.This paper begins with the research of domestic and foreign literature, and explains the related concepts and theories about the service equalization of archives. Based on that, we analyze the main factors that affect the equalization of archives services. We believe that the construction of archives resources is the basis of realizing the equalization of services, and the utilization of archives is the way to realize the equalization, and the management is the guarantee to realize the equalization of services. And then, take Fuqing Country of Fujian Province as an example, we analyze the development level and current situation of the archives service equalization in Fuqing Country and points out the problems of Fuqing archives. For example, the archives collection resources is unreasonable, the archives information service is not fair, the muniment room development is not balanced, the public education work is backward and the results of scientific research can not be shared equally, and we briefly analyzed the reasons of the above problems. At last, the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on promoting the equalization of service in the county level archives from the aspects of library collection resources, information service, management mechanism, service mode, public education and so on.
