Research On Evaluation Index Of Usability Of Video Resources In Cultural Cloud

With the rapid development of the economies of all countries and the increasing trend of globalization,the strength of the country is not only a contrast between the forces of force,but more of a contest between the influence of culture and spiritual heritage.At the same time,people's material living standards have been greatly improved,and the demand for spiritual culture has gradually increased.With the continuous updating of the public's spiritual needs and the rapid development of information technology,people's access to culture has increasingly relied on the Internet.As a digital information resource with high concentration of information,with the development of the times,it has gained more and more high user acceptance by virtue of its high concentration of information and rapid information transmission.The construction of the cultural cloud is to meet the increasingly strong cultural needs of the public,to rationally allocate limited resources,to alleviate the imbalance of cultural development,and to be an innovation of traditional service mechanisms.The effective combination with video resources will be Meet the user's spiritual needs to bring a new experience.How to improve the availability of video resources in the cultural cloud and provide users with quality services has become an important task of the cultural cloud.The cultural cloud is an important part of the construction of public digital culture in China.It represents the development direction of public digital cultural services and is an important way and effective way to meet the needs of public culture in the new era.This paper uses literature review,experimental method and analytic hierarchy process to propose the dimension of cultural cloud video resource usability research based on the current status of cultural cloud video resources.Finally,the user test and interview methods are used to improve the usability research dimension.On the other hand,it provides a basis for the presentation of video resource availability evaluation indicators.Finally,the indicators are screened and adjusted by Delphi method,and through empirical research,the usability,effectiveness and scientificity of the evaluation index of cultural cloud video resources availability are ensured.
