Research On The Influencing Factors Of Postgraduate Users' Negative Emotions In University Libraries

University library is an important part of University development,a second classroom for students,and an important base for improving students' information literacy,which plays a vital role in the learning process of College students.With the arrival of the era of big data and the continuous popularization and wide application of various intelligent information technologies,the information needs of library users show a trend of knowledge,complexity,individualization,integration,diversification and high efficiency.Therefore,the service work of the library is facing enormous difficulties and challenges.The negative emotions such as complaints,anxiety,anxiety and panic of readers in university libraries are gradually increasing.As an important part of the users of University libraries,graduate students have different psychological characteristics,academic level and experience in using libraries,and different attitudes towards libraries.Based on the existing research on Library anxiety,the author takes graduate users of university libraries as the research object,investigates the negative emotional status of graduate users to the library from the perspective of their perception of the library,and analyses the influencing factors of the negative emotions of graduate users in University libraries.And its realization form.This paper determines five aspects of the negative emotions of graduate students in university libraries by means of literature research and open interviews.They are graduate students' perception of Library resources,graduate students' perception of library leaders and cadres,and graduate students' perception of library buildings and equipment.Degree,the perception of graduate students to library working methods and the perception of graduate students to other readers of the library.Different measurement indicators are designed for the perception of these five dimensions.Research models are constructed and research hypotheses are put forward.Based on this,a questionnaire on negative emotions of graduate students in university libraries is designed.This paper studies the negative emotions of graduate students in University Libraries and their influencing factors by means of questionnaires.The reliability,validity,correlation and regression of the data were analyzed by SPSS statistical analysis tool.The rationality of the research hypothesis is proved.On this basis,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for university library to alleviate the negative emotions of graduate students.
