The feeler of internet is being extended in each aspect,each field from speed to societyquickly, the institution of higher education always sensitive to new things is influenced by itthe sun is held. Rise and development,cyber culture,change mode of thinking of universitystudent,learn way,behavior,values,etc With higher speed on one hand,even give theuniversity culture and student ideological education way and way of traditional campus on theother hand to bring serious impact and challenge. Young university students,as the moreeasily infected group of new things,is the subject that the network uses and fresh combatants,and only-child's colony is regarded as present university students subject,its special eracharacteristic,make network culture ideology and politics idea to them,value orientation,morals are judged,legal consciousness,mode of thinking,culture idea,behavior mode,individual character psychology,etc. are exerting a more and more extensive and deepinfluence.Taking the theory of post-modernism and classic media criticism as the theory base,this thesis systematically discusses on various disadvantages of the cyber culture with sometraits of postmodernism, and the negative effects of this kind of media on contemporaryuniversity students who are a special group of audience.
