With the continuous expansion of China life products and customer scale,insurance sales and after-sale become the management difficulties of China Life Insurance Company.With the continuous development of smart phones,mobile terminal insurance sales have become a larger market,and further promote the insurance products,improve the corporate image and occupy the mobile terminal insurance sales market,and further improve the life insurance sales and after-sales service of China.It is of great practical significance to develop a set of insurance sales support App for China Life Insurance.According to the background and status of insurance sales support system,this paper completes the requirement analysis,design and implementation of the system by combining UML modeling language,Bootstrap front-end framework,responsive UI architecture,Web Service and SQL Server database.Based on the improved K-means algorithm,the paper proposes to complete the recommendation and cross selling of all kinds of insurance customers,and divides them into four categories according to the category of customers.The improved K-means algorithm is used to cluster the analysis data of these customers' risk data,and finally find the corresponding cluster insurance types of different customer groups,so as to better complete the matching of different types of insurance customers.Recommendation and cross-selling.The system will use UML use case diagrams to carry out demand analysis for insurance sales support APP,and complete the distinction of system roles and functional modules.On this basis,the developer will complete the overall design of the system under the guidance of network topology diagram,module architecture diagram,functional use case diagram and database E-R diagram.The system will be detailed with class diagram,sequence diagram,interface and core code.The design and implementation process are described.Through the process of function testing,it is confirmed that the system function development meets the requirement specifications.The system performance test is completed by LoadRunner tool,and the test conclusion of the system is obtained.Finally,the work of this paper is summarized,and the future development direction of insurance sales supporting App is prospected.At present,the insurance sales support App has been used on the China Life Insurance Company.The system has rich functions such as quick insurance,insuranceservice,after sale service,setting up and background management.The system runs stably,reliably and efficiently.The system has been well received by users such as tourists,insured customers,salesmen,and after-sales personnel.It is supported by insurance sales,which supports the application of App.The vacancy of China life insurance sales in mobile terminal has effectively regulated the life insurance sales and after-sales operation process of China Life mobile terminal,further improving the market competitiveness of China Life Insurance.
