Design And Implementation Of Insurance Sales Assistant System

At present,China's insurance industry has become an important industry related to people's livelihood and national economy.With people's in-depth understanding of the insurance industry,insurance has become an indispensable part of people's lives.For insurance companies,the sale of insurance is an important foundation for the development of insurance companies.Natural language processing technology can largely bridge the gap between humans and machines.The application of natural language processing related technology to the insurance sales assistant system makes the system more intelligent and efficient.This article mainly introduces the design and implementation of the insurance sales assistant system.This system is mainly composed of sales assistant applet and management background system.The core business modules of the system are: enterprise information management module,salesperson information management module,content center module,commodity center module,system setting module,statistics module,visitor tracking module,personal center module,and customer management module.The paper analyzes,designs and implements the system in accordance with the ideas of software engineering.The system uses the MVC architecture,combined with Spring Boot framework technology to complete the development work.Using Java as the main development language,My SQL as the main database,and My Batis as the persistence layer framework,using F5 load balancing.The authors designed and implemented the following parts: Enterprise information management module,including adding enterprise information,updating and releasing enterprise information.Salesperson information management module,including managing salesperson information,importing salesperson information,exporting salesperson information,and reviewing salesperson information.Content center module,including making content,managing content,querying content list,restoring content,tag content automatically.Visitor tracking module,including recording visit clues,viewing clue details,and selecting high-quality clues.Statistics module,make statistics according to the customer's visit.Personal center module,including viewing content list,viewing content details,favoriting content,forming poster,editing card information and submitting for review.Customer management module,including viewing customer list,viewing customer details,and modifying customer information.At present,the system has been put into use in insurance companies,basically meeting the expected requirements,improving the accuracy of insurance sales,and increasing insurance turnover.
