With the development of Internet +,we have entered the era of information explosion, the popularity of mobile Internet makes the data generated more and more.At the same time, invalid data, garbage data and even false data is also endless How to filter and obtain effective information is a new requirement for information. These data, because the different user groups, different scenarios on the information needs of different dimensions, the corresponding visualization is not the same.So in the era of large data, how to guide the information through the design,so that information in a more friendly way to show to the user worth of our thinking. In recent years, energy has become a major problem in China's sustainable development, air pollution is serious,CO2 emissions and PM2.5 governance is the urgent needs.New energy vehicles is one of the effective ways of energy saving and emission reduction in the field of transportation. The vehicle management service platform has produced a lot of data, and its information users also covers the government side,car-side,regular users, the operation many user groups, the use of scenes are also different. How to convey the huge information efficiently and accurately to different user terminals, how to design the appropriate visualization of the information based on the user's needs so that to improve the experience and subjective satisfaction of the users is the main research question of this paper. Therefore, this study will research the current situation of the system, under the guidance of the above research conclusion, this study will research the basic theory of information visualization design to get the design goals. Finally, under the guidance of the above research conclusions,I will design the government side's digital large screen and the client side's app.
