Applied Research On The Development Of Short Videos About Training

With the development of economy and the innovation of Internet technology,the fragmented information mode has changed the life and study habits of network users in the new era.Short videos have a strong market share and prospect as an emerging information carrier.The author studies the role and influence of short videos about operational training in the workplace to improve the effect of vocational training under her own actual working circumstance.First of all,based on the literature research,the paper investigates the production background and development status of short videos of training class to put forward the characteristics and value by focusing on the classification of short videos online in terms of content and mode and combining the skill sharing in large short-video platform of online self-media and of the major portal with the behavioral analysis of users.Secondly,the research observes the shooting techniques and skills and so on through the author's expertise and abundant working experience thus presenting the developing strategy of short videos about training.According to the strategy of development,the author tries to develop and produce a series of short videos including special effects,animation,micro class,scenario for the salespersons in the business hall of China Telecom Xi'an Branch on Shiyuan Road,thus applying them in their actual work.Finally,practical strategies of short videos in terms of production,design and production as well as practice are brought forward through the practice of training and the interview of leaders.The research aims to develop short videos of training with practical value and to improve the effect of training by allowing the salespersons to self-study,supplement and perfect training mode of vocational skills in their spare time.At the same time,the practical value of short videos in the era of online self-media would be enhanced,thus supplying theoretical references for the following related researches on short videos.
