Vocational skills training,as an important part of national education,is complementary to general education.Through short-term training,students can get the basic knowledge and skills.Under the national slogan of "Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation",the country has made great efforts to carry out vocational skills training to fill the job gap in the talent market,so that more unemployed people,middle and high school graduates and other people can earn a living with skills.Lurking around and training institutions have the responsibility of supervision and management to training classes and students.At present,the vocational skills training which uses artificial management way has some drawbacks such as low working efficiency and error-prone.Many problems will be solved after Internet(convenient、fast and efficient)taking the place of purely human management.This article relies on the daily training management work of a vocational school in Guiyang City,and aims to research and develop a system to solve the pain points and difficulties in the current stage of work.In the research process,through analyzing the current domestic and foreign research background,we found many experiences and design highlights that are worth learning from,combined with actual work conditions,and determined that the system users are divided into three categories: employment bureaus,training institutions,and trainees.In order to use convenient,The terminal is divided into two types: Web terminal and APP terminal(including We Chat applet terminal).In the system requirements analysis stage,use the use case diagrams in UML modeling technology to analyze the needs of system users,and then divide and design the functional modules.The system is divided into learning examination management functions,training daily management functions,and training supervision management.Function three modules.In the test phase,the programming design of the three functional modules using commonly used programming languages such as Java,Swift,Java Script,etc.,and then the white-box testing method for functional testing,and the use of Alibaba Cloud’s PTS service for performance testing,have achieved the predetermined goals.During the construction of the system,refer to the advantages and disadvantages of other similar systems for reference and optimization.This system did not adopt the commonly used MVC architecture in the design stage,but used the front-end and back-end architecture model to provide services through Nginx+Nodejs,which not only simplifies the maintenance difficulty of the server,but also simplifies the code complexity of the server.In addition to basic methods such as password strength and length,the system also uses MD5 encryption technology to further strengthen the information security of the system.While the online test function improves the test efficiency,in order to prevent others from taking the test on behalf of others,it adopts the technology of living body detection and portrait comparison,which is another innovation of the original system.Comprehensive test results,the system meets the main functions described in the requirements,and can meet the actual needs of vocational skills training management.
