Forming Unit Operator In Kdf2 Vocational Skills Training And Identification Program

This thesis studied test projects and contents for handling skills checkup about KDF2 cigarette producing unit. On the basis of analyzing the unit running principles and processing rules, according to national professional skills checkup examine requests , the unit handling requests,, and the factory producing manage and quality check plan, the check methods and examination questions for KDF2 unit have been researched.The related researching and practice results and national and industrial checkup methods have been analyzed and summed up. Aimed at skills checkup characteristics of cigarette industry and KDF2 unit, this thesis built up check up methods system which is made up of tow part, the middle and the advanced. Aimed at different requests and characteristics of two levels, according to requests for processing, materials choice, handling and adjusting equipments, safety guarantee, quality control, knowledge key points and training requests of two sub-systems have been built up in order to improve workers' handling skills level and using rate of equipments and ensure products quality.The checkup solution has two parts, theory examine and skill examine. The theory examine includes basic knowledge(25%), professional knowledge(56%) and related knowledge(10%).The skill examine includes handling skill(75%), tool using(10%) and safe knowledge(15%). According to national standards, test questions and skill test house and their answers and grade standards have been established.All-have-done may be the reference of tobacco industry and national professional skills checkup,, ensure cigarette quality.
