Vocational Training Platform. Generation Of Migrant Workers To The Design And Implementation Of The Strategic Research

Nowadays, the possession of a large number of high quality talents has become a prerequisite for all countries to be successful in the increasingly fierce economic and technological competition. As for our country, there coexists a strange phenomenon in our country's labor market, i.e." labor shortage" and "harsh employment". Probing into the problem, we can find that the Cenozoic migrant workers' professional skills level is far less than the demanded level by current market. The contradiction between the urgent needs of skilled personnel for the developing urban economy and upgrading industrial structure and low quality of the Cenozoic migrant workers who form the major part of our country's workforce is becoming more and more prominent. Therefore, it is of considerable realistic and historic significance to carry out vocational skills training for the Cenozoic migrant workers.It is urgent for us to solve the issue of how to successfully conduct the vocational skills training for Cenozoic migrant workers in order to meet the demands of industrial development. This paper aims to continuously improve the Cenozoic migrant workers' quality as a whole as well as their vocational skills through the mobile net which they are familiar with. Bearing this aim in mind, we first carry out a survey to analyze their vocational training needs, and then put forward a design strategy for mobile vocational training and set up a platform model for mobile vocational training.This paper is divided into five sections. The first two chapters are the introductory part, the middle two chapters are the core and essence of the paper while the last chapter is the conclusion part. The introductory section mainly discusses the background and current situation of the mobile vocational training research; The second chapter is focusing on the Cenozoic migrant workers' digital vocational training and explains the concept of mobile learning theories; The third chapter analyzing the Cenozoic migrant workers'learning characteristics and professional situation through Cohort Studies. Through the analysis of current problems existing in vocational training, we put forward the MES vocational training mode to implement the mobile vocational training strategy and the restaurant waiters are used as an example. Based on the third chapter, the fourth chapter designs specifically and sets up a model for the Cenozoic migrant workers'mobile vocational training platform.Finally we come to the conclusion part in which the innovation of the paper is summarized; existing deficiencies are pointed out; and subsequent direction for research is put forward. We hope that mobile vocational skills training platform can provide effective help for the Cenozoic migrant workers in their employment and urban life.
