The Analysis And Design Of Review System For The Occupation Skill Competition Work

The paper’s background is that the MOE of PRC decides to hold the Occupation Skill Competition in Tianjin City permanently, and the committee of the Haihe River Occupation Education Park is responsible for the competition’s organization and review.According to the first national occupation skill competition’s experience, competition is made up of design group and operation group. In the competition about design, work must be sent to committee firstly, expert’s evaluation decide that which work to enroll the live finals. In the first competition, so a larger number of works that up to a thousand is sent. It is so difficult to organize the expert and the works. The works is reviewed by conventional letter or live meeting, but the review is constraint by time and place, lead to high cost and low efficiency. IT is inevitable the subjective factors affect the results of the review. In order to solve the problems existing in the review, it is necessary to develop the platform that is convenient and flexible operation.The paper mainly study how to realize the competitor to register and submission works. Works is display at network; expert management; expert is anonymous to review; how to rank the score, how to output the results of work and rankings; generating the finalist list; automatic statistical the results that expert evaluation and works were reviewed; how to make the system safety.System analysis by data flow diagram, use case diagram, ER tools to get the function of system. By the rapid prototyping method to establish the model, design program module by the top-down stepwise refinement; analysis and design the project architecture, database structure by data flow step by step; to design the testing use case by boundary value analysis method, error inference methods.The system development uses the Asp.net4.0technology, Netframwork4.0technology framework, SQL Server2005database, IIS7.0as the Web server. The system is developed by Visual Studio2010Ultimate. Windows Server2003Rl as the OS.Testing results show that the system is ensure to register, upload works, network evaluation smoothly in the vary network environment, and competition statistical results are correct; meet the requirements that prevent the works is download, anonymous review. It is suitable to the competition.
