The Grounded Analysis Of The Influencing Factors Of The User's Participation Behavior In The Online Health Community

With the rapid development of domestic economy and society,citizens' awareness of personal health is constantly improving,and citizens' demand for health information is also growing.In recent years,the network health community has sprung up,which benefits from the integration of Internet information technology and traditional medical industry.Users in the network health community can not only obtain health information and participate in online consultation,but also share experience and knowledge and get emotional support.Separating out the influencing factors of users' participation behavior in the network health community can make the managers of the network health community improve the current situation of the community,and users can enjoy better information services,so as to improve the participation rate of users in the network health community.At present,some achievements have been made in the research on the influencing factors of user participation behavior in the network health community at home and abroad.However,these researches usually make a systematic analysis on the influencing factors of user participation behavior from a positive and single perspective,lacking in refining the influencing factors of user participation behavior in the network health community from multiple perspectives,especially in terms of negative obstacles Point for analysis.The negative influence factors of user participation behavior is an important dimension to study user participation behavior,which is of great significance to the development and prosperity of community.Therefore,to clarify the negative factors of user participation in the network health community will help the network health community managers to understand the characteristics of user participation,improve the community and further promote the prosperity of the community.This paper defines the user's participation behavior of network health community as user information query behavior,user doctor interaction behavior and user user user interaction behavior.Based on the qualitative research method of grounded theory,18 users of network health community were interviewed in depth to explore the process of users' psychological change.Through the three rounds of coding process of open coding,spindle coding and selective coding,the influencing factors that hinder users'participation in network health community were extracted,and the influencing factor model was constructed and saturation test was carried out.In addition,based on the theoretical analysis,this paper further explains the influencing factor model of user participation behavior,and makes a deep analysis from the structural dimension,correlation structure and the weight of the influencing factors,so as to reveal the relevant relationship and influence degree of the influencing factors.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)there are six factors that affect the user's participation behavior,which are information environment,system environment,doctor characteristics,user characteristics,emotional perception and demand motivation.(2)Information environment,system environment,doctor characteristics,user characteristics and demand motivation have a direct impact on user participation behavior,while emotional perception has an indirect impact on user participation behavior through the above factors.(3)Different factors have different influence on users' participation behavior.The system environment factors have the greatest influence on the participation behavior of the users in the network health community,the emotional perception and the user characteristics factors have the greater influence on the participation behavior of the users in the network health community,the information environment and the doctor characteristics factors have the less influence on the participation behavior of the users in the network health community,and the motivation factors have the least influence on the participation behavior of the users in the network health community.There are still some shortcomings in this paper.First,the number of interview samples is not enough,which affects the validity and applicability of the research conclusions.Second,the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic influence,the interview way is all on-line voice interview,unable to face to face with the respondents and capture all the information of the respondents,and affected the effect of the interview.
