With the rapid development of China's economy and the substantial increase in people's consumption levels, the demand for logistics and distribution within China's cities has increased rapidly. The main customers of the logistics and distribution business within the city are small and medium-sized enterprises, stores and citizens. The characteristics of such groups are large number of groups, small quantity of goods and large quantity of batches, which leads to a large variety of goods,a large number of batches,a small quantity of a single time and complicated flow direction.Due to the above characteristics, urban logistics has so far been dominated by the traditional manual car-hailing and bartering distribution, which brings about problems such as low loading rate of distribution vehicles and more empty vehicles on the return journey. As a result, the cost of urban distribution is high, urban traffic burden is increased, and urban environmental pollution is increased. The above problems need to be solved urgently. The most typical characteristic of urban logistics distribution is the randomness of delivery demand, that is,the demand for delivery goods may be generated at different locations in the city at all times, and the vehicles with delivery capacity at all times are also randomly appearing. With regards to this, this paper designs and implements the urban logistics sharing and distribution system according to the concept of urban logistics sharing and distribution. The system provides a solution for improving the loading rate of urban logistics distribution. The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)In view of the large number of goods in the city logistics distribution, the small number of single orders, and the scattered location of goods, this paper proposes to divide the distribution area of the whole city, and then independently arrange the order clusters in each grid to randomize the city logistics. The source point is simplified to a virtual single source point, and then the order-vehicle matching is performed for each virtual single source point.(2)In view of the characteristics of the city's logistics distribution goods delivery orders, the delivery goods order delivery point and the randomness of the destination, taking the single source point as an example, considering the vehicle loading rate and distribution cost, this paper proposes an order-vehicle matching method based on improved genetic algorithm. The method provides a solution for improving the loading rate of urban logistics distribution and reducing transportation costs.(3)As a supplement to the order cargo-vehicle matching result, this paper attempts to adopt an order-vehicle matching method that considers the three-dimensional loading constraint of the cargo placement method, and focuses on the loading constraint judgment of the matching scheme, which provides a reference for optimizing the loading method..(4)This paper analyzes the problems existing in current urban logistics, analyzes the demand of urban logistics sharing distribution system oriented to random source points, and proposes the overall architecture and operation process of the system. And based on the Java WEB platform, this paper uses the SSH framework to design and implement a city logistics sharing and distribution system for random source points.
