| In the process of information dissemination,the status of the audience has been constantly improved.No matter in the field of radio or television media,the audience's voice to the journalist-type hosts is becoming stronger.Journalist-type hosts emerged in Western media.Through the analysis of its development process,characteristics and development situation,we find out that the development of journalist-type hosts in China and the west has both similarities and diversities,among which the development of journalist-type hosts of radio news programs is insufficient.In this paper,the connotation,characteristics and development status of journalist-type hosts in China are explained from the macro and micro level,and the role positioning,role tasks,role capabilities and role expectations in its communication practice also get analyzed.This paper adopts the method of case comparison and takes the following research objects: Sun Jing,the host of Zhejiang Traffic Voice Program;Edward Murrow,the founder of radio and television journalism in the United States;Chai Jing,a former CCTV journalist-type TV host.It is found that in the broadcast news program,journalist-type hosts obviously have higher program creation ability and on-site control ability,more profound news literacy,professional literacy and cultural literacy.The western media,however,is better at playing the brand effect of journalist-type hosts,Chinese broadcast media still need to work hard in this aspect.At present,there are some problems in journalist-type hosts' practice of news programs in China,such as their single knowledge structure and the separation from the news scene.There is still much room for the future development of journalist-type hosts of radio news programs.To promote its development process,this paper puts forward some suggestions and strategies,such as enhancing the role cognition,strengthening the role building,and establishing personal brand. |
