Research On Logistics Mode Selection Of Amazon Cross-border E–commerce

With the continuous development of cross-border e-commerce,the current "self-built logistics center + outsourcing transport distribution" model has been unable to meet the demand,and this model itself has some problems.In the special environment of socialist economic system with Chinese characteristics,the logistics mode of cross-border e-commerce enterprises must be able to adapt to the characteristics of the market to continue to operate.With the promotion of opening-door Policy,cross-border electricity business not only need to adapt to Chinese conditions,but also need to have a comprehensive analysis and concern of the external environment.Only in this way can they have a place in the market.Facing current complex logistics problems,cross-border e-commerce enterprises need to make logistics decisions which are suitable for developments based on the current conditions of themselves and the market.And the choice of logistics model is an inevitable question for cross-border e-commerce business.This paper centres on Amazon,analyzes the influential factors of logistics model in the cross-border e-commerce enterprises from the macro and micro aspects,and discusses the factors that affect the selection of logistics model in cross-border e-commerce logistics.According to the results of investigation,evaluation system of cross-border-commerce logistics model selection is established and the indicators at different level are analyzed in details.In addition,this research uses Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process to judge the cross-border-commerce logistics model selection and draws a conclusion that Logistic Alliance Model is most suitable for its development.The findings of this paper have a practical and theoretical significance to the problems,which logistics enterprises are confronting in current conditions of society and market,caused by the choosing of logistics model.At the same time,it is hoped to provide some ideas and suggestions for cross-border e-commerce enterprises to choose appropriate logistics model.
