Research On Improvement Of F Company APAC HUB Cross-Border E-Commerce Packages Operation Model

With the continuous progress and improvement of people's living and material needs,as well as the mature progress of Internet of things commerce and the impact of the upgrading of consumption brought by the enabling of e-commerce technology,more and more consumers choose to use overseas e-commerce platforms to buy "overseas online shopping" products all over the world.According to the ministry of commerce,general administration of customs in China and related market research data show that in 2016 China's cross-border electrical import and export volume has reached 6.3 trillion yuan,according to forecasts,this number is growing,to 2018,the China's cross-border electricity overall business of import and export volume will reach 8.8 trillion yuan,from 2014 to 2018(predicted)the average size of growth is still more than 20%.F company is a Courier company providing international package delivery services,providing customers with integrated transportation,e-commerce logistics,import and export customs clearance services,and focusing on commercial operation solutions.According to the business forecast provided by the sales department of F logistics company,in the next six months,the company will receive up to 50,000 pieces of e-commerce package processing business per day,which will be handled by the Asia-pacific transfer center of F company.For the Asia-pacific transfer center of F logistics co.,LTD.,the increased daily average daily package handling capacity of 50,000 pieces is about 100% of the current operation volume,so the current port clearance mode and sorting capacity setting of the Asia-pacific transfer center will be seriously challenged.Therefore,the operation capacity of the transfer center of F company,the clearance processing capacity and sorting capacity of the transfer center port will need to be redesigned to meet the needs of the transaction.Through the research literature and field market research,I have fully understood the current global cross-border e-commerce business of goods flow,especially the development status of logistics mode for the entry and exit of goods(China).According to the business characteristics of the research object,this paper will focus on the study of the operation status and mode optimization of direct mail mode in cross-border e-commerce based on the current development status of e-commerce,transport centers and ports.For example,this paper mainly studies cross-border e-commerce goods as customs clearance mode innovation,redesign of transshipment and sorting planning,flexible personnel capacity planning and other issues.To sum up,this paper will select the primary research entry point from the improvement of transport efficiency,conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis and comparison,and find the main bottlenecks and improvement points in the operation process.Then,aiming at the improvement points,quantitative analysis was carried out to optimize the operation cost,and the final scheme was selected.Finally,considering the overall optimization of transport efficiency,customer service level and operation cost,this paper provides more logistics enterprises with practical research and optimization ideas for reference under the vigorous development of cross-border e-commerce business.
