Research On The Logistics Model Of Cross-border E-commerce

Cross-border E-commerce logistics is an important part of Cross-border Ecommerce,and Cross-border E-commerce logistics will involve importing country、exporting country、countries and regions along the way,as well as inspection、quarantine、customs declaration、customs clearance、cargo insurance and so on,so the transportation time is longer,and the risk、complexity and transportation cost are much higher than domestic logistics.Therefore,it is of great significance for enterprises to choose appropriate cross-border logistics model to reduce costs、improve consumer satisfaction and international competitiveness.Firstly the thesis introduces the concept of Cross-border E-commerce,the characteristics of Cross-border E-commerce(Global Forum 、 Instantaneously 、Intangible、Paperless、Rapidly Evolving),the relationship between international logistics and cross-border E-commerce,analysis and comparison of the main logistics model of Cross-border E-commerce;Secondly is questionnaire survey and data analysis,identification of factors influencing the selection of international logistics model of Cross-border E-commerce enterprises,a total of 25 factors affecting the selection of international logistics model of cross-border e-commerce enterprises were identified.Collect data through questionnaire,Likert Scale was used in the questionnaire to measure the insider’s judgment on the importance of various influencing factors in the selection of international logistics model of cross-border e-commerce enterprises.Analyze the data,six common factors were obtained through exploratory factor analysis,including international logistics cost,international logistics time,international logistics service capacity,international logistics risk,international logistics risk and other external factors;Next is case analysis of cross-border logistics model of platform H.Each model has its own advantages and disadvantages,and cross border E-commerce enterprises need to choose according to the actual situation;Finally is the summary and prospect,summarizing the whole thesis and briefly introduce two new model of crossborder e-commerce logistics.
