The power system is the basis of the operation of the enterprise.Once the power system fails,the enterprise will lose part or even all of the power energy.This will not only affect the normal operation of the enterprise,but also lead to the abnormal termination of the production process and the damage of some precision instruments.Therefore,real-time monitoring of the power supply,equipment operation and power environment of the power system is beneficial to improve the stability and reliability of the enterprise power system,and is of great significance to the production and operation of the enterprise.This paper develops a dynamic environment monitoring system based on 4G network.The main work includes:(1)On the basis of analyzing the overall structure of the dynamic environment monitoring system,the sensor technology and communication technology used in environmental information collection are discussed.The advantages and disadvantages of different communication methods and applicable occasions are compared.The network model of data acquisition in this system is studied and analyzed.The sensor network layout and the network structure of the system give the overall design of the power environment monitoring system.It mainly includes two parts: the on-site monitoring unit and the monitoring main station unit,and uses 4G wireless communication to realize communication between the on-site monitoring unit and the monitoring main station unit.The functional requirements of the monitoring main station unit and the on-site dynamic environment monitoring unit are analyzed in detail,and the system design based on the ARM controller STM32F103 is given.(2)The software design and application test of the dynamic environment monitoring system are discussed.The overall structure of the software architecture of the system and the software system of the on-site monitoring unit is designed.The data acquisition and process processing based on bus are discussed in detail.The analysis and processing of data and the related operations of historical data forwarding processing are analyzed,and the corresponding flow chart is given.The key algorithms in software design are analyzed,the modeling of monitoring points,data synchronization and other operations are discussed,and the key part design procedures are given.(3)The paper completed the system function test and the actual application test,and analyzed and discussed the actual industrial environment operation results,and gave the results and recommendations of the data analysis.The actual measurement shows that the 4G network-based power environment monitoring system developed in this paper has the characteristics of miniaturization and high flexibility,which can realize real-time monitoring of various dynamic environment information more conveniently.
