With the rapid development of mobile services, telecom operators have had toembark on a large scale proliferation of telecommunications base stations.Consequently, power and server-side infrastructure reliability also requiredstrengthening in order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the mobilecommunication system. A dynamic and environment monitoring system which pointedin the characteristics of the equipment and working environment of variouscommunication station,possess the following functions:achieve "functional telemetry,remote communication, remote control, remote adjustment" of environmentalvariables on the station, all kinds of data acquisition for storage backup and automaticanalysis and assist the communication operation more convenient, the maintenancepersonnel more timely, more accurate maintenance and management of theenvironment and the equipment. Therefor it can provide adequate support for theeffective operation of communication equipment.This dissertation introduces the research status and development of the dynamicenvironment monitoring system of mobile base stations and the power environmentmonitoring systems of the base station equipment room. In the context of HunanTelecom base station monitoring systems and its power environment monitoringsystems, there is a need to analyze the system monitoring objectives, systemfunctionality and performance requirements. Proposals are made for the framework ofthe overall design of the base station power environment monitoring system, given thesystem network structure and sensor equipment selection, based on the principles andplatform software design for on-site monitoring units. This is followed by a detaileddescription of the dynamic environment monitoring system of on-site monitoring unitacquisition equipment hardware and software design, including the main principleFPGA core design, digital/analog input circuit and the digital output circuit foron-site monitoring units with superior network transmission. The latter part of thisdissertation discusses the acquisition system debugging process equipment, includinglanding, configuration management, and channel management; followed by a briefanalysis of the expected results. To conclude, the system hardware and softwaredesign and engineering ideas presented here derived from the experiences of Hunan Telecom dynamic environment monitoring system allow us to develop the next step ofsystems design.
