This article describes the concentration of power and environmental monitoring system, designed Communication front-end Processor, using the latest technology, e.x ARM9, Linux and WinCE operating system. Site Communication front-end Processor is core and the driving force and the Environment Monitoring System, control units by communication front-end Processor unit receiving various information, communication front-end Processor completing the data pre-processing and transmitting, playing a role in linking, is an indispensable part of the system. The center of power and environmental monitoring platform communicating front-end Processor and achieving the independent signals unattended power station equipment and base stations within the amoient temperature, humidity and other parameters as well as key positions (equipment) images, sound, and the long-distance or long distance monitoring and control.In this paper, by analyzing power and environmental monitoring system using status of the Shanghai-Nanjing high-speed rail, designing Coinmunieation front-end Processor, using a 16 analog data input and 16 digital data input, selection of devices, data acquisition and processing circuit design, network transmission system components and system structure were analyzed and discussed, the discussion focused on data collection and communication interfaces. First, the data acquisition system technology has been analyzed; the data acquisition system is functionally specific, detailed-oriented to do with the remote 16 analog data input and 16 digital data input by acquisition system design requirements. Then the communication interface to be improved to achieve a reliable data transmission. Coinmunieation front-end Processor has have signal conditioning circuit, A/D converter, network interface chip DM9161, the core processor and the external circuit, communication interface of several parts. AT91SAM9260 is the core control unit in this, it controled data acquisition and transmission, and transmitted through the Ethernet interface to the monitoring center. As a result of the ARM9 and one embedded Linux, the various control circuits and interface circuits are integrated into the board, simplifying the circuitry, enhanced functionality, improved reliability, improved system of intelligence level, in keeping with this power and environmental monitoring requirements.Finally, told communication front-end Processor unit using in the Shanghai-Nanjing high-speed rail.we can find reached the design requirements.
