Study On The Establishment Of Operational Performance Evaluation Idex System Of University Museums In China

As an important knowledge-rich mine,cultural symbol and cultivating carrier,college museums occupy an important position in the construction of public cultural service system and the “Double First-Class” university project.At present,the overall quality of colleges and universities is low and the development is uneven.Therefore,it has become an industry consensus to guide the development of colleges and universities through evaluation.In order to clarify the development focus of university museums and achieve the effect of “assessment and guidance construction”.From the perspective of the operation management of university museums,based on the principles of integrity,guidance and pertinence,this paper selects the evaluation methods such as balanced scorecard,Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process to carry out evaluation research on the performance of university museums.This paper constructs a performance evaluation system for university museums consisting of 5 first-level indicators and 15 second-level indicators and corresponding weights,and selects 3 college museums as sample cases to conduct a practical analysis of the evaluation system,which proves that the evaluation system is scientific,applicable and targeted.Research shows that universitiy museums in the promotion of operational management capabilities should create intellectual education positions,build regional cultural centers,innovate internal management models,build collaborative supporting mechanisms and explore corporate governance models.
