Under the strong support and guidance of national policies,China's new energy vehicle industry has developed rapidly.However,as the number of new energy vehicles continues to grow,old vehicles continue to increase,and the frequency of accidents has increased significantly,the safety of new energy vehicles is also highly valued by the government.Therefore,in September 2016,the state issued GB / T 32960 "Technical Specifications for Remote Service and Management Systems for Electric Vehicles",which requires the establishment of a three-level new energy vehicle monitoring platform for the state,government,and enterprises.On the one hand,it supervises and investigates the irregularities of enterprises in the production and sales of new energy vehicles,etc.,on the other hand,through real-time collection and analysis of new energy vehicle operation data,it helps government to scientifically adjust the subsidy and support policies of the new energy vehicle industry.This project comes from the new energy vehicle monitoring system developed by Tencent.Through vehicle management,data management,fault management,statistical management,communication management,and operation management and other product services,it provides target car companies with more efficient and perfect connected vehicle monitoring Management solution,and meets the business needs of the OEM's own trinity supervision function and national landmark data supervision needs eventually.The new energy vehicle monitoring platform designed and introduced in this paper is mainly implemented by go language programming,and the containerized deployment makes the system safe,reliable,easy to expand,low cost,and efficient deployment.The entire platform is divided into seven main functional modules based on new energy vehicle monitoring requirements,including data preprocessing,message analysis,web docking,reporting on national landmark platforms,fault warning,vehicle location management,and data statistics,to help the government and vehicle companies to monitor and manage the safe operation of new energy vehicles.At the same time,the platform provides vehicle information management services for enterprises through docking related TSP(Telematics Service Provider)platforms,so as to drive vehicle enterprises to the cloud.The author participated in the design and selection of the overall technical architecture of the project and the implementation of all modules,and put the focus of work on the design and development of the three core business channels of data reporting,fault alarm and data statistics.At present,the development of the platform has been completed,and it also passed online tests.All functional modules have been launched on the Tencent cloud platform for trial.After the trial operation phase ends,the platform will officially provide new energy vehicle monitoring services to customer manufacturers.
