Today's information technology is accelerating towards the new development direction of digitalization and intelligence.Informatization has entered a stage of allround high-speed development.The application of informatization continues to be deepened vertically and also from international to national to all walks of life.In different areas,further unlocking the great potential of informatization development.Behind the development of informatization,the significance of informatization evaluation work cannot be underestimated.Informatization evaluation work provides an inexhaustible driving force for the continuous development of informatization.Good informatization evaluation work produces accurate and instructive data results,which can be used to optimize information resource allocation,standardize informatization management standards,and provide scientific and accurate decision-making suggestions for subsequent development planning,thereby correctly guiding informatization The direction of construction and development.The intelligent informatization evaluation platform in this paper is a project designed and developed for informatization evaluation.This project solves the problems of large data volume and difficult data collection in traditional evaluation work.It uses evaluation indicators to quantify the level of informatization and improve evaluation.Work efficiency.The entire information evaluation platform uses JAVA language to develop with hierarchical framework technology,achieve server load balancing through Nginx technology,and realize intelligent questionnaire function of automatically generating questionnaires through optimization algorithms,and use My SQL and Mongo DB databases to store data.On this basis,the platform functions are further divided,and the platform is divided into five parts: system management module,index and weight system module,questionnaire management module,data collection and scoring module,and data analysis and reporting module.The system was designed and developed by the author with the following five modules:(1)System management module: This module contains user information management,expert information management,organization information management,department information management and historical questionnaire management functions,providing users with functions such as addition,modification,deletion,download and multi-dimensional query.(2)Indicator and weight system module: This module provides the function of index system creation.Users can freely create an index system and name and assign weights to indicators at all levels.(3)Questionnaire management module: This module implements the functions of questionnaire editing and publishing,automatic questionnaire generation,questionnaire status and progress management,and meets the needs of users to create questionnaires personally.(4)Data collection and scoring module: This module mainly includes the function of filling in questionnaires,importing collected data,assigning examination papers,progress tracking and statistical scoring.(5)Data analysis and report module: This module provides visual analysis,evaluation report review,evaluation report upload and download,and evaluation report printing functions.At present,the platform has been launched and put into use.The platform integrates all parts of the evaluation work from data collection to data processing to data analysis and application,so that the entire process of evaluation work can be completed online,improving the efficiency of the evaluation work.With the help of this platform,not only can the evaluation work be carried out in an orderly manner,but also the value of the results of the evaluation data can be maximized,providing scientific and reasonable decision-making suggestions for the future planning of information development.
