With the rapid development of the economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,tourism has become a basic demand and fashion in China.The realizing of Smart Scenic Spots relying on information technology has been one of the important application scenarios of the Internet of Things(Io T).The command center of the scenic spot is not only a key element to ensure Smart Scenic Spots,but also a core that includes command and dispatch,traffic monitoring,video surveillance,emergency command,and visits and receptions,respectively.The command center of the scenic spot plays a critical role in decision-making and command for the overall safety management of the scenic spot.How to integrate various operating data to make it a real command center platform for system linkage and business collaboration is the focus of current Smart Scenic Spot design and construction.The purpose of this project is to eliminate the data barriers between systems,so as to truly solve the problem of "information island".This thesis comprehensively analyzes the design and realization of the command center of the Smart Scenic Spot based on the actual project of Nanjing Niushou Mountain Smart Scenic Spot.Firstly,this thesis briefly introduces some fundamental concepts of Smart Scenic Spots and analyzes the current construction requirements of the Smart Scenic Spot command center,including the hardware environment,software environment and performance requirements of the system,etc.Based on the Niushou Mountain Smart Scenic Area Project,this thesis proposes solution to the construction plan of the hardware environment in the command center,which consists of basic decoration construction,hardware construction,and command center system design,respectively.This thesis studies the design structure of the command center,including the design of subsystems,middle-level systems and top-level command and dispatch systems.Aiming at the core emergency command and dispatching system of the command center,the thesis conducts a full investigation of domestic application cases of the same type of scenic spots or similar industries,and then it designs and proposes a unified tourism data standard,unified scenic basic information,unified scenic geographic information,unified exchange interface,the unified technology platform,etc.Moreover,this thesis designs and completes the construction of the emergency command and dispatch system with the guiding ideology of "Business collaboration" and "High integration".The solution proposed in this thesis has a good effect in application,which not only effectively covers all aspects of scenic area operation and control,but also becomes a powerful grasp of safe operation of the scenic spot.
