Abstract/Summary:
In order to improve the scenic area's ability to deal with major emergency events and ensure the safety of tourists' personal and property,ensure the smooth implementation and delivery of the company's smart tourism service project,This system is designed to use advanced information technology to eliminate information islands between the various systems in the scenic area,to offer the service in the resorts and to obey the policies concerned,to solve the problems of low efficiency in handling emergency events,weak coordination and linkage capabilities,unclear event processing flow,and inability to fully track the event process in scenic areas.This master's thesis analyzes the needs of the emergency command and dispatch system of scenic areas,confirmed the system function,summarizes the key technical route of the emergency command and dispatch system of the scenic areas,clarifies the overall framework and business processes of the system,conducted detailed system construction,system development and testing,and finally achieved the relevant functions,used in the actual management of scenic areas.The details of this design mainly include the following aspects:(1)The key technology of this system construction is to take advantage of location information in positioning services and spatial analysis,combining a series of technologies such as geographic information system(GIS),global navigation satellite system(GNSS)and modern mobile communication technology to achieve the function that the system can call and view the location information of each resource data at any time in daily supervision and emergency event processing;(2)The system will build a unified data center platform,use MySQL basic database,S integrate the multi-source data of the scenic area's software and hardware systems and external systems,to achieve the goal of one-center management and multi-system collaboration;(3)The system based on current scenic area emergency events' s disposal mode,design an emergency command dispatching process that meets the actual needs of scenic areas,use Redis,WebSocket and other technologies,used Java-based J2 EE platform,completed the event handling function of the whole emergency process from daily supervision,event reporting,plan management,emergency dispatch to eventsummary;Then simulate the actual application scenario event reporting,tested system functions and performance,verified the effectiveness and stability.At present,the system has been officially put into use.Aiming at various emergency events in the scenic area,the system has played an important role in data and technology supporting,which helps the scenic area to maximize the level of scenic area emergency management.and provides a safe environment for the tourists.The system runs stably and reliably in actual use,and each functional module has reached the expected construction target of the system,laying a good foundation for the development of scenic tourism.
