Investigation And Optimization Of Service Status Of Intelligent Libraries In Universities

The advent of "Smart Earth" is accompanied by the continuous emergence and development of numerous and complicated new technologies.At the same time,information explosion caused by the emergence and accumulation of a large amount of information occurs from time to time.Facing the rapidly developing society,all kinds of information of library users are also in urgent need of processing and satisfaction of new technologies.In the past,traditional services have been gradually replaced,and all kinds of universities have been transforming from traditional to intelligent development of libraries.The recommendation function in smart library services can not only summarize and analyze users' behaviors independently,but also make targeted resources and information book recommendations according to users' own preferences and preferences,thus achieving the purpose of meeting users' new needs to the greatest extent.This paper takes 42 "double-first-class" construction university libraries as an example,combines the relevant theoretical knowledge of intelligent libraries and services and the intelligent recommendation technology in intelligent services to study and discuss the construction status of intelligent library services,and draws lessons from the relevant experience of domestic and foreign intelligent libraries.It is discussed from five parts,specifically as follows: The introduction part of the first chapter analyzes the research background and current research situation at home and abroad on the service construction of intelligent library;The second chapter summarizes the content and characteristics of the intelligent library in colleges and universities,as well as the concept,function and characteristics of intelligent service,as well as the goal and significance of service construction.The third chapter takes 42 first-class construction university libraries in China as the main research object,conducts questionnaire survey to the staff and some users in university libraries,analyzes and researches the intelligence level of university library services,and researches its internal services from personnel,technology and other aspects,and further discusses and analyzes the obtained data and information.The fourth chapter analyzes the survey results of the previous chapter and finds out the problems existing in the construction of intelligent services in university intelligent libraries.The fifth chapter puts forward corresponding optimization countermeasures according to the problems existing in the service construction of intelligent library.Finally,the summary and prospect part summarizes the research achievements and shortcomings of this paper,and looks forward to the next research.This paper takes 42 smart libraries in colleges and universities as examples,focuses on the research of smart services,focuses on analyzing the service mode of applying smart recommendations in actual operation,summarizes the experiences and shortcomings,analyzes the bottlenecks encountered in the process of transforming the current college libraries into smart libraries,and puts forward corresponding improvement plans and suggestions for the construction of smart libraries in colleges and universities in China,hoping to be helpful for their future development.This paper also briefly expounds the library service mode recommended by wisdom,and analyzes the existing library examples in China,which also has certain reference significance for the relevant construction of domestic libraries.
