With China's rapid economic development and urban vehicles explosive growth, trunk road construction and implementation of intelligent transportation system has become a study of the existing road conditions, the realization of people, vehicles, roads and effective monitoring and control solution to the current traffic problems of the moment. A highly information-based, rational use of road resources to achieve the best vehicular and pedestrian traffic flow solutions - intelligent traffic system came into being.In this paper, based on the city of Tianjin economic and social development tenth five-year plan and 2015 long-term planning in three phases building 145 km highway network and establish a rapid Road intelligent traffic management system needs, Tianjin Expressway with the actual construction , in reference to the HKMA and the radio and television networks, and other units under the co-operation proposed Expressway Expressway Intelligent Traffic Management System communications transmission system design, completed a data transmission system and digital video transmission systems and equipment for the detailed design of election type. Design adopt the most advanced technology group MSTP network nodes average flow through data analysis and calculation of dynamic allocation of network bandwidth, using SDH link protection mechanisms to achieve self-healing and fault isolation link. CTM companies using Cisco System Implementation System SDH optical transmission equipment, network elements and topology of the network management.In this paper the design of communication transmission system can be realized baseband video signals and audio signals, the control center and data between the control signal nodes of high-quality, long-distance transmission and relay without injury to ensure a rapid road system in real-time image Monitoring, traffic command, environmental monitoring and reliable monitoring implementation of regulations.
