In the context of economic globalization,the business environment has become more open and complex,and the "industry boundaries" have become more and more fuzzier.The traditional industry concept can no longer accurately define the nature of the enterprise,and the emergence of this problem also limits the enterprise's perception of its own situation.At the same time,as the collaboration between enterprises becomes more frequent,the possibility of companies achieving "unilateral profit" is getting lower and lower.And the impact of objective environmental factors and the degree of development of affiliated companies on the company is becoming more and more profound.Under this background,the theory of business ecosystem has been proposed by relevant scholars.The content contained in this theory well solves these problems faced by enterprises.Subsequently,the competition among enterprises gradually evolved into the competition among business ecosystems,and business models derived from business ecosystem theory gradually became popular in the market.Under this background,the author,after reading and combing the relevant literature,found that corporate financial performance is the index that best reflects the overall performance level of the company.At this stage,the main financial evaluation methods can not reflect the impact of the business ecosystem model on the company very well.Therefore,this paper hopes to provide some ideas for improving the financial performance evaluation system of Chinese enterprises by improving the financial performance evaluation system of specific enterprises under the business ecosystem model.First of all,this article reviews and analyzes domestic and foreign literature on business ecosystem theory and corporate financial performance evaluation,combined with the specific case of Beijing millet technology liability co.,LTD.,is put forward to profitability-debt paying ability,operation ability,growth ability-r&d capabilities-chain synergy "on the basis of the six dimensions of corporate financial performance evaluation system.The evaluation system comprehensively covers 17 financial and non-financial indicators.Secondly,this paper scientifically weights the designed indexes through the combination of analytic hierarchy process and expert scoring.On this basis,the Topsis evaluation method is combined with the obtained index weights and data to obtain the Topsis fit of each dimension.Finally,this paper analyzes the financial performance results of Xiaomi from 2015 to the third quarter of 2019 through two methods,indicator analysis and trend analysis,and finds out the existing problems of the company and make corresponding Suggestions.The results of the case study show that the business model of the business ecosystem does have a certain impact on financial performance.In the context of the increasingly close cooperation between enterprises,each company faces unprecedented opportunities and challenges.Enterprises should adapt to the market's business model under the new situation and make better use of their own business ecosystem to improve their financial performance and achieve sustainable development.
