Research On Enterprise Performance Evaluation Of Xiaomi Group Under The Business Ecosystem Model

Under the premise that the new commercial circulation system is in line with the industrial strategic trend,the integration and development of enterprises are very necessary.The traditional operation model is hard to adapt to the current competition.Many emerging enterprises have built their own business ecosystems one after another,but there are still disputes on the evaluation of enterprise performance under the business ecosystem model.In this paper,the business ecosystem theory,collaboration theory and enterprise performance evaluation theory are sorted out and analyzed,and the theoretical framework of enterprise performance evaluation under the business ecosystem model is formed.On the basis of this framework,a single case study of Millet Group is carried out by using literature research and case analysis.In the case study,firstly,the process and present situation of Millet Group's business ecosystem construction are analyzed,and then the enterprise performance evaluation system under the business ecosystem model is optimized from two aspects of financial performance and non-financial performance.Finally,this paper proposes that Millet Group should expand moderately to ensure the best enterprise performance,strengthen the assessment and management of ecosystem enterprises,internationalize the business ecosystem model and create an environment conducive to the development of business ecosystem.
