Social capital theory believes that social capital exists in social relations and is not owned by a single individual.Social capital must be obtained through the intermediation of social relations.The concept of a business ecosystem has been proposed in the 1990 s,but it was formally proposed again in 2015,which caused widespread concern at the time.The business ecosystem is considered to be a way for enterprises to increase their profits by establishing huge network relationships,thereby forming the interaction between the enterprise and the outside world,and promoting their respective development and profits.Most of the current research is on the impact of business ecosystems and social capital on enterprises,respectively,and studies that combine social capital and business ecosystems are not common.Based on the perspective of social capital,this paper studies the impact of business ecosystem on corporate financial performance,and then analyzes the impact of business ecosystem on corporate financial performance.This article takes literature analysis,case analysis and trend analysis as the main research methods.By summarizing the previous relevant literature,based on the niche theory,transaction cost theory,information asymmetry theory,resource dependence theory,and relationship marketing theory,first of all,the positive impact of business ecology on corporate financial performance is theoretically demonstrated.Taking Xiaomi as a typical case,through the profile analysis,industry situation analysis and financial performance analysis of Xiaomi,the influence of the business ecosystem on the financial performance of Xiaomi enterprises is obtained one by one,and the establishment of the business ecosystem is proved to be feasible for enterprises Sexual.This article is divided into six parts.The first part is an introduction,which outlines the overall situation of this article.The second part is to sort out the relevant literature at home and abroad,summarize the relevant literature on the business ecosystem theory and the relevant literature on the social capital theory,and finally evaluate the relevant literature.The definition and theoretical basis of the third part of the concept.This chapter uses ecological niche theory,transaction cost theory,information asymmetry theory,resource dependence theory,and relationship marketing theory as the theoretical basis of the full text,explaining social capital and business ecosystem from different perspectives Relationship and impact on the financial performance of the company.The fourth part is the case introduction part,which respectively describes the general situation of Xiaomi,then summarizes its social capital situation,and then introduces the development and characteristics of its business ecosystem.The fifth part mainly analyzes the case of Xiaomi.First,it analyzes the market situation,then analyzes the role of social capital on the business ecosystem,and compares the financial performance before and after the establishment of the business ecosystem.Analysis of the impact of financial performance.The sixth part is conclusion and suggestion.According to the research,from the perspective of social capital,the business ecosystem of a company will have a positive impact on the financial performance of the company.This article finds that through social capital,enterprises establish interdependence,co-evolution,and mutual trust with other related parties when establishing a business ecosystem.Finally,suggestions are given: strengthen the integration of enterprise resources;broaden the company's sales channels;improve customer satisfaction.This article combines social capital with a business ecosystem to study the impact on financial performance and provide recommendations for the long-term development of the enterprise.This article analyzes a single case,and sometimes a single case may not be applied to other cases.At the same time,the successful establishment of the Xiaomi business ecosystem does not mean that other companies can also be successful,so there are still questions about all Internet companies.
