In recent years,with the popularization of mobile smart devices and the comprehensive development of information technology,smart robot technology has been successfully applied to human production and life.The mobile robot equipped with intelligent equipment,combined with wireless communication network technology,is applied in industrial production scenes such as coal mining,mine detection and human living environment.It can replace human to perform related tasks in unknown dangerous environment,prevent safety accidents,and greatly improve the level of mine intelligence.This subject starts from the actual engineering application,analyzes the current development status of mobile detection robots at home and abroad,and combines the video surveillance technology,deep learning technology and remote control technology of the robot to solve the specific engineering problems of the development of a robot-based multi-parameter monitoring system.In this paper,firstly,according to the complex working environment of coal mine,combined with the existing robot chassis technology,and from the perspective of economy,stability and real-time,we independently designed the bottom hardware control system.On this basis,the introduction of deep learning,combined with image detection technology and text recognition technology,realizes the acquisition of environmental parameters of underground coal mines in the form of video and text recognition.Among them,the text detection technology uses YOLO algorithm,and the text recognition uses CRNN network.A set of robot-based environmental parameteracquisition platform has been established.The overall design of the multi-parameter monitoring system is proposed on the basis of the Internet of Things basic framework.Then,this topic studied the technology of remote transmission of multi-parameter monitoring system data.Based on the actual needs and functional requirements of the remote monitoring system,comprehensive consideration of data acquisition,compression,and transmission was considered to build a fast,stable,and reliable multi-parameter monitoring system.The monitoring system is the goal,and a fast data transmission scheme is designed under the weak network.This solution compresses the video stream signal,and then combines the video information with the environmental parameter data information to form a new RTP data packet for transmission.At the same time,the multi-parameter monitoring system uses concurrent transmission of threads to speed up the transmission of data in the network and increase the efficiency of bandwidth usage.After several experiments in the local area network and public network environment,the effectiveness of the data transmission scheme on the quality of data transmission and the acceleration of transmission speed was verified.With the development of multimedia technology,wireless network technology,and smart device terminal technology,people are gradually inclined to use mobile terminal devices to complete remote operations,video surveillance and other tasks.This subject uses a robot-based multi-parameter monitoring system combined with a mobile intelligent terminal,which can bring better flexibility to the application of the terminal monitoring system.Compared with the traditional robot human-computer interaction platform,it has strong portability and easy maintenance.Features.The terminal monitoring software system designed in this project includes the design of Flask-based web management terminal and the design of mobile smart phone APP based on Android Studio.The collaborative work of the two can meet the needs of the multi-terminal monitoring system based on robots.Finally,combined with the hardware and software to be implemented,the system debugging of the robot-based multi-parameter monitoring system is designed and developed,which mainly includes hardware system debugging,software system debugging and system joint debugging.Through system debugging,the reliability,stability,and correctness of all functions of the system can be verified,and the systemcan be analyzed and evaluated according to the test results.Finally,the system can be used to complete remote monitoring tasks in coal mines.Through the test of the multi parameter monitoring system based on robot,it shows that 640 * 480 resolution video can be obtained on the web side,the same size video can be obtained on the Android client side,the video is clear and smooth without obvious display card,the motion control instructions and data information transmission have no obvious time delay,and the system has good real-time performance.
