In recent years,the company's output has increased and its business has continued to expand.More and more products need to be produced.In order to ensure that production is completed on schedule,automated production equipment has been deployed in each production sub-shop.Under the traditional management mode,manual management is mainly used for daily maintenance and management of these devices,but this mode has many problems.For example,it is not possible to control the running status of the device in real time.This management model is obviously unable to meet the needs of the current development.In order to be able to intelligently and scientifically manage the equipment,an aviation manufacturing company proposed a research plan for the equipment network management system.The main research contents are as follows:First,extract the system Shebeis,divide the Shebeis into different roles,and use the use case diagram to analyze the needs of different roles.Clarified the functional requirements of the system: basic information management,real-time detection management,event management,problem management and knowledge base management.The system needs to meet the needs of the daily production process.The production workshops are all working 24 hours,so the system also needs 7 * 24 hours of uninterrupted and stable operation.There are many devices connected to the system.The system needs to support the access needs of 200 concurrent Shebeis.Secondly,design the system in detail.The technical architecture mainly adopts JSP,JDBC,JDK and other technologies,realizes the SSH architecture design,and is developed based on the Tomcat server.The business requirements in the outline design of the functional modules divide the core business into five modules.When describing the specific business operation process,use class diagrams and sequence diagrams for intuitive description.By analyzing the corresponding business processes,business entities are extracted,and the relationships between business entities are analyzed to form the database conceptual model and logical model of the system.Then,Java language is used to program specific functions.Throughout the research process,a black box test method is used to conduct detailed tests of the main transactions at each stage.The test results show that the system not only meets the Shebei's needs.Actual business processing needs,and can continue to operate steadily.Through the system's deployment application,the network management of production equipment is realized,the real-time information of the equipment's operating status can be collected in real time,the real-time monitoring and remote control of the equipment's dynamics can be realized,and the correlation between the events can be analyzed,and then Identify some potential problems,extend the life cycle of the equipment,and ensure that the equipment can meet the needs of production.
