With the continuous deepening of the reform of the business environment for "decentralization of services",the taxation department has continuously explored and proposed new ideas for the optimization and transformation of business processes.The channel conducts reservation ticket purchase business and realizes online application of the business.Regarding the business process of receipt of bills,the traditional counter model is still used,and related problems such as low business efficiency and high work pressure on staff have affected corporate customers' business experience.This system proposes a set of asynchronous bill exchange O2 O bill exchange system to open up offline business processes.Based on the bill exchange equipment,through the application of new technology such as artificial intelligence,the Internet of Things,the intelligentization and automation of business processes.Through the system construction,business efficiency has been improved,the workload of staff has been reduced,and intelligent handling of business has been achieved.In this paper,the O2 O bill exchange system software is studied in depth.Through the analysis of the background status quo,the demonstration of system software technology,requirements analysis,system design,coding implementation,and testing,the process of system software development and application is discussed in detail.Development and application of "O2O bill exchange system" software.First,we conducted field surveys and interviews with customers' existing business processes to understand the problems and difficulties in business processes.Secondly,through the analysis of existing business processes,the technologies related to system construction were discussed and researched.The mainstream technologies such as face recognition,electronic signature,and Internet of Things technologies were selected for the intelligent transformation of system business processes.,Effectively solve the problems of identity authentication in automated business processes,customer electronic signatures,physical monitoring and management.The system software selects the mixed architecture of CS and BS,the technical route of WPF,Spring Web MVC framework.Then the system's requirements goals are described in detail through business process requirements analysis,functional requirements analysis,and functional item requirements analysis.Completed system architecture design,system function design and database design.Finally,the system's various function development and test verification work were realized.Complete the design and implementation of system software.Through the design and implementation of the system in this article,the effective improvement of the service capabilities of relevant units,the reduction of staff pressure and working hours,and the intelligent construction of business processes have been achieved.For customers,the system realizes 7 * 24 hours of self-service business through the system,effectively reducing the waiting time in line and improving the customer experience.Realize the intelligent and automatic processing of the whole process of bill exchange business.At the same time,through the application of technologies such as face recognition,electronic signatures,and the Internet of Things,new application of related technologies has been realized,which has expanded the scope for the promotion and application of related technologies.
