In recent years,computer science and technology have become popular and have been developed and widely used in various fields.Today's market competition is becoming more and more fierce.More and more banks have begun to pay attention to the collection of customer information,hoping to understand the needs of customers in a timely manner.Banks can improve customer satisfaction by improving customer attitudes and understanding customer needs,thereby increasing customer competitiveness.The traditional customer management of banks mainly relies on a large number of manual records and writing of information and data.It takes a lot of time to find thesis materials,wastes a lot of time,manpower and material resources,and the work efficiency is still very low,and it is difficult to guarantee the accuracy and authenticity of information and materials.Therefore,this thesis proposes to build a bank customer relationship management system to solve the practical problems of customer management.This thesis first analyzes the main background of bank customer relationship management system construction,and ponumbers out that system development has important value for bank customer market development and product marketing,and describes the organizational structure of the thesis.Then numberroduced the ASP.NET,JSON,Bootstrap,Oracle,C# and other technologies used in system development,and summarized the technical characteristics and working principles.The thesis numberroduces the system user type composition,describes the function use case diagram and business flow diagram through the UML modeling tool,analyzes the system business function and business process in detail,and puts out the system non-functional requirements.The thesis put forward some ideas for system design,including the design of some architectures,such as application and technology architecture.And it ponumbers out the application hierarchy and core development technology of the bank customer relationship management system.Then the system can improve the use of functions and form a complete deployment system in terms of network,so that the system functions and hardware composition can be fully played.In the aspect of database,it focuses on the analysis and design from two aspects: E-R concept model and database table structure physical model.The thesis focuses on the detailed design and implementation of user login,task management,customer information management,user information management,service information management,complanumber information management,report management,order management,message management and other functional modules,through program flow charts,timing diagrams,etc.UML The modeling graphical approach describes the system functions and encodes the core functionality.Finally,the thesis numberroduces the test process of the system's function,performance,etc.,confirming that the system can be released online.The customer relationship management system researched and constructed in this thesis has helped the bank to accumulate a large amount of bank customer information through long-term application and practice.Through data analysis,it deeply explores new customer needs and provides targeted products and customized services to customers.Accurate marketing also increases the loyalty of bank customers.Improve employee customer management efficiency,support scientific assessment of employee performance,bring more economic benefits to banks,and further enhance the market competitiveness of banks.
