The Research And Implementation Of E-government System Of LYG Rural And Urban Construction Bureau

E-Government is the core of modern government administration. Promoting E-Government is an effective way to strengthen government supervision and to change government functions; also it is the inevitable choice of opening government information and improving the level of government services.This paper begins with the meaning of E-government. Compared our E-Government with E-Government in Western developed countries in the paper, we can find out gaps between them, and analyze the reasons. On this basis, taking E-Government of Lianyungang rural and Urban Construction Bureau for example, this paper proposes and constructs the E-Government platform which bases on.Net technology and B/S structure, in which some key technologies about E-Government are analyzed. The establishment of the system of E-Government covers the entire process which includes analysis of demand, design, implementation, testing, software engineering and so on.This paper focuses on the detailed design of E-Government information publish platform and BBS systems. And B/S structure ensures the systems robust and scalable. Our system has some theoretical and practical significance for other E-Government system.
