With the continuous development of digital TV industry,many countries have gradually switched from analog TV broadcasting to digital TV broadcasting.Therefore,the global digital pay-TV market shows a rapid growth,so the demand for digital pay-TV related product Conditional Access Module(CAM)also shows the same trend.In this environment,the business of CAM manufacturer S company has been growing rapidly in recent years,but also reflects many problems in the project management.Due to the substantial growth of business volume in recent years,S company faces many problems such as resources distribution,task scheduling and risks response in the process of decision-making during project management.The disadvantages of the original project management method of S company has become prominent and cannot adapt to the current situation.It is urgent to optimize the R&D team's multi-project management method by establishing scientific project evaluation and selection mechanism.Combined with the current situation of multi-project management in S company,this paper takes S company as the object of in-depth research.This paper used analytic hierarchy process and 0-1 integer programming method to evaluate the five selected projects from S company.At the same time,using scenario analysis method to analyze the multi-project combination in different scenarios.According to the analysis results,put forward the management optimization strategy,make resource allocation plan,and make dynamic resource adjustment in the process of project R&D process.Establish risk emergency plan,risk control plan and risk tracking mechanism.Establish the project schedule system,control the project development process.Improve the enterprise's incentive system,establish and perfect the enterprise management system,balance the interest distribution in the process of innovation,and strengthen the construction of innovation team.
