At present,wideband radar has attracted extensive attention because of its advantages in anti-jamming,penetration,target recognition and resolution.With the development of high-speed integrated circuit technology,radar signal acquisition is developing from baseband,low-intermediate frequency to high-frequency or even radio frequency,which avoids the error caused by many analog links,but also brings huge amount of data,which puts forward higher requirements for wideband radar signal acquisition and processing.Therefore,how to complete the broadband radar target detection and identification functions and improve the degree of radar digitization while retaining the advantages of IF / RF direct acquisition is an important issue.Based on the project of “XXXX radar data acquisition and recording sub-system development”,this paper studies the key technologies of high-speed acquisition,transmission,storage and real-time processing of broadband radar signals with the basic process of radar echo signal processing.The main tasks are as follows:Aiming at the problem of direct acquisition of high frequency and wide bandwidth radar signals,this paper designs and implements a high speed acquisition scheme based on JESD204 B serial transmission protocol,and then designs and implements a two-channel synchronous acquisition scheme based on JESD204 B serial transmission protocol.It provides a solution for the intermediate frequency direct acquisition of wideband radar signals.Aiming at the problem of quadrature demodulation of high-speed data caused by IF direct sampling,this paper designs and implements an 8-channel parallel digital quadrature demodulation,which can meet the requirements of data processing speed and time.Aiming at the high-speed and massive data brought by IF direct acquisition for radar system,this paper designs and improves the transmission scheme adapted to different data rates and different data volumes,and realizes the real-time and accurate transmission of high-speed radar data.A high-speed real-time lossless mass data storage system based on PCIe 3.0 DMA architecture is designed and implemented,which makes the storage of high-speed radar data meet the speed and capacity requirements of the system.Aiming at the digitization of pulse compression of wideband radar signal,this paper designs a FPGA implementation method of digital STRENTCH pulse compression technology,analyzes the errors introduced by digital STRENTCH pulse compression technology,and proposes a joint implementation scheme of error correction and pulse compression,which improves the quality of pulse compression results.Finally,this paper takes the project of “XXXX radar data acquisition and recording subsystem development” as an example to carry out the engineering realization of the designed scheme,and proves the correctness and feasibility of the scheme through the measured data.
