Research And Development Of A Three Level Measurement Integrated Management System Platform

With the rapid development of a certain military technical equipment,the test task?use and maintenance tends to be high density,high difficulty and high strength,and the test equipment tends to be integrated,digitized and intelligent,which puts forward higher requirements for measurement support.The existing metrological management and support system plays an important role in the test,use and maintenance of equipment in a large unit,such as value transfer,compulsory verification,Metrological Inspection and metrological supervision.However,there are still some problems such as low level of information construction,low quality management efficiency,and weak control capability.Based on the problem above,this paper investigates the informationization of measurement support at home and abroad,and combines the working mode of metrology technology institutions at all levels,according to GJB2725A-2001 "General Requirements for Testing Laboratories and Calibration Laboratories" and the requirements of laboratory quality management system.Designed and developed a three-level measurement integrated management system platform with base level metering station subsystem,central metering station subsystem and organ metering subsystem as system structure.The system platform is based on the B/S access mode,the MVC model,the ORM access data development model and the software structure adopts a distributed deployment plan,and the three-level measurement integrated management system platform is constructed according to the system structure framework.The comprehensive management system platform includes laboratory overview,measurement regulations,measurement data,measurement dynamics,measurement academics,measurement forums,measurement process control,measurement files,measurement resources,measurement quality,workflow management,measurement business,scientific research management,and construction of standards.Management,system maintenance,information collection and reporting,warning information,certification organization information,measurement resources,personnel project information,quality control information,measurement instrument information,statistical reports and other functional modules,initially realized the information management network of the measurement management system platform After being tested and tested by third-party software,each subsystem can operate independently and work together to achieve the expected goals.
