| Metrological Information Management System is an application of Laboratory Information Management System in metrological industry,it is generated by the combination of management technology,computer technology and metrological technology. This papaer investigates the application of this system used in Taizhou Measurement and testing technology institute base on JJF1069-2007 Rules for the Examination of the Service of Legal Metrological Verfication and ISO/IEC 17025:2005 General requirements for the compentence of testing and calibration laboratories.Metrological is the foundation of Industrial economy,quality can not be assured without metrological. Metrological is an activity to make sure the testing data is accurate and reliable and it has its special character, which is finally displayed with testing reports and certfication. This paper analysised the present station,problems and requirments of the Metrological Information Management System used in Taizhou Measurement and testing technology institute. And the design of total system and database is carried out according to the analysis result. This Metrological Information System consists fives parts: calibration,business,inquiry,system management and Auxiliary function. System architecture used the mode of Client/server, and database used SQL server,while the operation interface which linked with database by ADO control tools used the language of VB 6.0. Also the key Modular's design of achievement of login,business process and equipments management is covered in this paper.This system improved the efficiency and quality of work based on the analysis of business process, operation procedure,delecting unnecessary process.This system achieved excellent affects and also pushed a new information age of Taizhou Measurement and testing technology institute. |
