To meet the need of Jinan iron & steel group corporation's information building and measurement data management,Metrological Data Collecting System based on MOM is developed by author during the course of graduate education.In this system, we applied three_tier client/server soft structure,Oracle database, and MOM--iPush,set up a platform for measurement data real-time collecting and exchanging,realized measurement data's remote / real-time / active acquiring ,transmission and processing.It provided fast and precise data for metrological management and cost assessment, delicate and visual program interface for meter monitoring ,data analysis and failure removing .Importantly,the system supportted ERP powerfully, pushed a lot of assessment data into ERP.The system utilized iPush middleware as message delivery platform, applied XML as message's carrier ,which shield the difference of network hardware platform and operation system.Ipush supports two types of message transmission model: pub/sub and p2p. Ipush provides guaranteed delivery technology, which ensures that data and message can be delivered actively,completely and safely.In bottom data acquiring , embedded system and embedded devices are applied to collect various types of measurement data by means of serivalcommunication. Data are actively delivered to ipush. In addition,the collecting device can complete the broken_point continue_transmission function through the precisely design of protocol plan and programming control.This can guarantee the integrity of measurement data to the utmost extent. With utilization and development of management concept of'six sigma', the function of this system has been fully developed and improved.After being applied,the system won praises for its strong functions,delicate frame, convenient interface and communication veracity.
