Undertaken by a multi-unit collaboration,the "Climate Observation Metrological Verification System" project research on the data quality of meteorological instruments and sensors,detection techniques,design effect of detection instruments and sensors,metrology business management,by taking joint control of multivariable simulation of atmospheric environment.The project aim to establish a scientific and rational assessment of the instruments to provide a more powerful meteorological guarantee for national economic,political and military.In this paper,a metrology business management system is designed and implemented based on the needs of the project.Firstly,the background knowledge and development of meteorological metrological verification is introduced.Secondly,it introduces the technology used in system development,including RS232 protocol,MFC framework,B/S architecture,MySQL database technology and so on.Besides,the paper provides an overall demand analysis for the system,and accordingly complete the system design.Finally it describes the data acquisition systems and data management system in detail.Data acquisition system is mainly used to automate collect the output data of meteorological sensors and stored in a standardized format.Data management system build around business needs of verification data for managing sensor verification data,including systematic management module,data management module and bulletin management module.Data acquisition system developed based on MFC framework,upper computer control the communication between computer and data collector Keithley2000 using MSComm widget.By sending corresponding SCPI commands that allow data collector to complete the automated data acquisition.Upper computer gets collect data,process it and write to corresponding file in standardized format.Data management system development based on the Django framework,using B/S three-tier architecture,in favor of maintainability and scalability of the system.With user privileges based,achieving data management functions of data entry,query,modify and delete.
