Research On Quality Management Of Upgrading And Reconstruction Project In Archives Room Of M Research Institute

With the further deepening of reform and opening up and the rapid development of modernization,the position and role of archives in the development of national economy and society is increasing day by day.The archival work has attracted the attention of leaders at all levels and the whole society,and the archival cause has been developed rapidly.M Research Institute is a transformed scientific research institute of enterprise operation mode,which recognizes that archives are intangible assets that develop synchronously with enterprises.It is playing an important role in enterprise management and other aspects,especially in providing important decision-making basis for major projects.The construction quality of enterprise archives has a direct impact on the custody and utilization of enterprise archives.In order to adapt to the increasing volume of archives,higher requirements have been put forward for the construction of enterprise archives.It is necessary to have a scientific and reasonable plan for the construction of enterprise archives,which can not only prolong the life of archives,but also continuously improve the management and development level of enterprises and promote the high quality development of enterprises.Although M Research Institute has established a modern enterprise system,its internal management mode is affected by previous institutions.How to save costs in the upgrading pr oject of archives and ensure the quality of the upgrading project of archives is an urgent prob lem to be solved.From the perspective of enterprise project management,this paper studies t he upgrading project of Archives Office of M Research Institute by using the total quality ma nagement method,finds out the quality problems existing in the project management by usin g Pareto method,finds out the causes of the problems by using causal analysis method,puts forward and optimizes the quality management plan of the upgrading project of archives offi ce by using PDPC method,and optimizes the quality planning and quality planning Quality a ssurance measures,quality control measures and quality management measures in the trial o peration stage can improve the quality of the transformation project.This paper selects three research methods,namely,literature research,case study and fi eld investigation,and uses these three methods to expound the quality management of the up grading and reconstruction project of M Research Institute archives.The first part is to introduce the research background and significance of the project,to elaborate the research status o f quality management at home and abroad,the research methods of the paper,and put forwar d the innovation of this paper.The second part is the theory and method of project quality ma nagement,which paves the way for the next part of the archives upgrading project.The third part makes a detailed description of the current situation of the archives upgrading project;th e fourth part puts forward the problems in the quality management of the project,and makes in-depth and detailed analysis of the problems.The fifth part from the quality planning optim ization,quality assurance measures,quality control measures and quality management measu res in the trial operation stage to improve the project quality management measures and put f orward specific optimization measures.
